How You Are to Me
How You Are to Me is a short film focusing on the subject of Alzheimer’s disease. The film is both a beautiful narrative of a couple living with Alzheimer’s in their daily life and a story of hope and education. Written by one of the key consultants to the Scripted-Improv Project (an NIH and NIA clinical trial studying the affects of theatre on Alzheimer’s disease), the film is a subtle tutorial in better communication techniques with individuals living with Alzheimer’s wrapped in the narrative of the day in the life of a loving couple riding both the lows and highs the disease can present.
Available Conference Speaking Packages include a screening of the film and an interactive-discussion on non-pharmacological approaches to dementia treatment.
